Our Mission

Grounded in faith, sustained by hope,and acting through love Episcopal Community Services (ECS) strengthens and supports adults, children and families at risk and in crisis and need. For over 80 years, ECS has continued its tradition of providing vital community services to all those in need, without regard to race, color, or faith. The legacy of ECS can be seen in the faces of those whose spirits have been rekindled, whose self-sufficiency has been reclaimed, and whose lives have been renewed.

ECS is a dynamic, multi-cultural organization serving people in poverty. ECS maintains programs addressing homelessness, mental illness, domestic violence, and children's care and education, unemployment, and substance abuse in San Diego and Riverside Counties.

ECS is a nonprofit, charitable organization under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code.
