Episcopal Community Services held its 80 th Annual Meeting at St. Paul’s Cathedral following a moving Evensong Service. Steven, a client of Friend to Friend Clubhouse, recited a touching poem to reflect his experiences of living on the streets of San Diego. Over sixty guests were in attendance to learn of ECS’ accomplishments over the past year, goals for the future and the opportunity to meet staff. Vicki Morris of Christ Thrift Shop presented Lesslie Keller with a donation of $1,500 to purchase a new security system for Julian’s Reunion House. Among the list of Board resolutions included the election of Sal Janmohamed, Sue Hodges and The Rev. Randal Gardner as incoming Board members. |
