Each year, ECS’ Head Start families participate in the Chula Vista Starlight Parade. The families work diligently to create a stunning float to display along the streets of Chula Vista. The Head Start families dress in festive attire and wave to the cheering crowds as they walk alongside the float. "All of the kids had such a great time. And our float was really beautiful,” said Gene Merlino, Assistant Vice President of Child & Family Services.
