The San Diego Episcopal Cursillo Community sponsored recently sponsored a lively Christmas party at Good Samaritan Church. Each guest was asked to bring an unwrapped item for clients of Episcopal Community Services to enjoy this holiday season.

Hundreds of essential items were collected, including shampoo, soap, lotion, socks and combs. Sue and Ed Embick arrived with a carload of fleece jackets, towels, toiletries and even some candy. Several gift cards were also collected to purchase any additional items needed. All of the items collected will be sorted and distributed to clients of ECS’ Friend to Friend programs and Safe Havens.
