New Members Join Board of Directors

Individuals bring talent and experience to boardroom

ECS is excited to welcome four new members to its Board of Directors. Abby Silverman Weiss is Of Counsel to Baker & McKenzie LLP, North American Region. Edith ‘Edie’ High Sanchez has a background in communications and public relations, and is an accomplished photographer. Kay DiFrancesca, PhD is a forensic psychologist and involved with other mental health organizations in the area. Joan Landguth is a licensed clinical social worker with an extensive background in early childhood education.

Kay and Joan serve on the Management & Operations Committee of the board, while Abby is on the Personnel Committee and Edie sits on the Development & Communications Committee.

ECS’ board serves as the governing body of the organization, operating under the bylaws of the organization. The board meets monthly and holds an open meeting annually in the fall.
