Navajo Trails Navajo Trails is a transitional housing project for homeless adults with HIV/AIDS. This program, located in Cathedral City serves 31 homeless adults diagnosed with HIV/AIDS. Navajo Trails provides long-term transitional housing for homeless men and women living with HIV in the Coachella Valley region. Housing is available to residents for up to 24 months. However, residents may participate in accessing the supportive services for as long as the client needs them. Essential supportive services are offered to the residents who direct the development of their own plan for independent living and maintaining a permanent and stable living environment. Navajo Trails is partially funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through Riverside County, department of Social Services. |
