Registration will open at 5:45 pm
Do I need a physical ticket?
There are no physical tickets to print or show us when you check in. Once you arrive, check in at the registration table to receive your table number and bid card. You will be asked if you want to swipe a credit card when you check in, and this is for any purchases* you want to make throughout the night. You will not be charged for any purchases until the end of the night and you will only be charged for what you spend. There is also an option to pay with cash or check at the end of the night.
*Purchases might include raffle tickets and auction items.
When you arrive, there will be a social hour and silent auction where you’ll have a chance to bid on fabulous items, gift certificates, wine and MORE!
Mix and mingle with other guests, enjoy a beverage from bar and take in the spectacular beauty that is the San Diego Skyline at sunset. There will also be opportunity to take photos with our photographer.
After that, you’ll be asked to have a seat at your table, following dinner you’ll hear inspirational stories, be able to bid on live auction items and support ECS via the Raise the Paddle. Once the program is over, stick around for music, dancing and more on the Harbor Float.
Is there a schedule for the event?
The attire for the evening is cocktail. Just a note, some of the event will be outside on the Lanai. While there are heaters, you might want to bring a light jacket or wrap. A complimentary coat check with be available.
What should I wear to the gala?
All parking at the venue is valet. We will have our own valet station just slightly north of the valet for the restaurant. Valet for the evening will be complimentary, but feel free to tip for great service!

How do I request a seating preference?
You will be asked for your credit card during the registration process when you arrive to start a tab. You will then be provided a bid number to make any donations or purchases.
The credit card on file will be charged at the end of the night to include all your purchases. You will only be charged for what you spend. You will be emailed your receipt, or we can print one for you that night. You can also bring a check or cash to pay for purchases at check-out.
How do I purchase an auction item or donate to ECS at the event?
Continue the night at the After-Party on the Coasterra Harbor Float! The night continues at 8:30 pm and features a DJ, dancing, games, photo booth, light bites and hosted beer and wine. There will also be a special opportunity drawing with exciting packages for all ages.
Your ticket to the gala also allows you entrance to the After-Party …but we also have a limited number of tickets for the after party only that can be purchased for $50.
