DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION

As we strive to ensure ECS is fair and inclusive for all, we launched the DEI committee, which was a key action resulting from our strategic planning work.

Our mission is to cultivate diversity, equity, and inclusion in every aspect of our organizational culture. ECS strives to dismantle barriers caused by social injustice, inequity, and racial disparities. We listen to and engage our team members to foster an equitable and progressive workplace where employees feel a sense of belonging.
