5:30 pm to 8:00 pm

3) Do I need a physical ticket?

There are no physical tickets to print or show us when you check-in. Guest names will be kept at registration. 

4) Where will registration take place?

Guests must visit the check-in table for registration. 

5) What is the event program?

5:30 pm – Reception and program activations begin
6:00 pm – Official welcome and invocation
7:00 pm – Guests transition into the ballroom
7:15 pm – Main program with our mission support moment and paddle raise
8:00 pm – Event concludes

Business/cocktail.

7) Parking?

Parking will be available onsite. Upon arrival, let the garage attendant know you’re attending the ECS event. Valet parking will also be available for a fee. Once inside the garage, please proceed to the dedicated ECS parking level (-2), where our team will be ready to welcome you and guide you to the elevators up to the venue.
